How do I make a booking?

How soon do I have to pay?

When you make a booking, we will hold it for 10 days, during which time a deposit of £15 per guest is required in order to secure your booking. Full payment must be received no later than 8 weeks prior to your party date. [Back to top]

I want to change the number of guests attending, what should I do?

Your first step is to call us to see if your request is possible. When increasing numbers we require written confirmation by email, fax or post. [Back to top]

I’ve paid for my ticket, but am now unable to attend, do I get a refund?

Deposits are strictly non-refundable and refunds depend on the period of notice you provide. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions online and in our 2008 brochure. [Back to top]

Do you hold parties in January?

Not currently, although we do organise individual corporate non-Christmas events throughout the year. [Back to top]

Do you organise non-Christmas events?

Yes we do. We organise corporate events all year round tailored to the clients’ requests. Please call to request our non-Christmas brochure and find out more. [Back to top]

Can my company hire your venue exclusively?

Yes. If you are looking for a Christmas party for more than 300 guests, we can arrange that you have sole exclusive use of our venue for the evening. Please call the office on 0870 72 72 789 and ask for the “Exclusive Sales Team” to discuss your requirements. [Back to top]

Will I receive tickets?

Your party tickets will be sent out once full payment is received, usually 2-3 weeks before the party date. [Back to top]

What time should I arrive?

Guests may arrive from 6:45pm when bars will open and entertainment begins. Dinner is served at 8pm. [Back to top]

I have a food allergy; can I still have an enhanced menu?

How much does the all-inclusive drinks package cost and what does it include?

Packages include the house wine, beer, spirits and soft drinks. All party members must participate. Please call for more details. All inclusive drinks packages must be ordered and paid for prior to the event. Champagne and Red Bull are excluded from this offer. [Back to top]

What are Drinks Vouchers?

Vouchers cost £3.15 each and can be exchanged for 1 glass of house wine, beer, a spirit and mixer (excludes Vodka&Redbull) or a soft drink. Drinks vouchers must be ordered and paid for prior to the event. Champagne and Red Bull are excluded from this offer. [Back to top]

Can I pre-order my wine before the event?

How many tables will I have and can our party be seated together?

We have round tables which seat between 8 and 13 people and rectangular ones for 14, so the number of tables will depend on your number of guests. If your guests are spread over more than one table, we will endeavour to place your tables next to each another. [Back to top]

What should I wear?

Our dress code is smart/formal. Strictly no jeans, t-shirts or trainers. You may wear fancy dress, but only if it is in line with the theme of the event. [Back to top]
